We liked staying 2 nights here. What an amicable and hospitable staff, they gave us a cosy room with several beds, the garden, for instance. The rate was gbp 27. This hotel was set in a remote area near to the National Parks of Volcan Tenerio and Volcan Rincon, nature and wildlife, and Rio Celeste.

We had an amazing time at La Posada! The staff, who are part of a lovely family, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our every need. The rates were fair, the proximity to the beautiful Rio Celeste was perfect, and the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The spacious cabins provided a cozy and comfortable stay, with screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes. The private trail to swim in the river, the helpful signage, and the friendly parrot "Francis" were all added bonuses. We highly recommend this simple, affordable, and friendly hotel.
We recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming Posada in the country. The rustic cabins and beautiful flower gardens created a delightful ambiance. One of my favorite moments was relaxing in the hammocks in the garden, surrounded by nature. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The open-air dining room served delicious home-cooked Costa Rican food, and the traditional breakfast was available even though we had to leave early. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to the nearby National Park and even catch a glimpse of Lake Nicaragua. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
